Hospice & Home Health Marketing Specialist

Bay Home Health & Hospice Care, Inc. is seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to build relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and case managers. The ideal candidate has healthcare marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for growing patient referrals.

Alameda • Contra Costa • Marin • Napa • Sacramento • San Benito • San Francisco • San Joaquin • San Mateo • Santa Clara • Santa Cruz • Solano • Sonoma • Stanislaus


Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral sources
• Promote Home Health and Hospice services
• Conduct facility visits and presentations
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Meet referral and marketing goals

Qualifications:

• Home Health or Hospice marketing experience preferred
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
