POSITION OVERVIEW
<\/h1>

The Hospice Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships that drive patient admissions and market growth throughout the assigned territory.
<\/p>

Working independently while collaborating closely with clinical and operational leadership, this individual will identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and educate referral sources on the value of the organization's hospice services.

Success in this role requires strong territory management skills, exceptional relationship -building abilities, and a passion for serving patients and families with compassion and integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development
<\/h3>
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and other referral partners.

  • Identify, cultivate, and secure new referral opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
    <\/li>
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans that drive admissions growth.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain regular face -to -face contact with referral partners to strengthen relationships and increase referrals.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Relationship Management
    <\/h3>
    • Serve as a trusted resource regarding hospice philosophy, eligibility requirements, services, and patient care options.
      <\/li>
    • Build long -term partnerships through responsiveness, professionalism, and consistent follow -through.
      <\/li>
    • Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism throughout the healthcare community.
      <\/li>
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to referral partners, patients, and families.

      Sales Performance
      <\/h3>
      • Maintain an active pipeline of referral opportunities.
        <\/li>
      • Meet and exceed admissions and territory growth goals.
        <\/li>
      • Utilize CRM/contact management software to document sales activities, manage customer interactions, and monitor referral trends.
        <\/li>
      • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.
        <\/li>
      • Provide market feedback and territory updates to leadership.

        IDEAL CANDIDATE

        The successful candidate will possess:

        • Two to five years of successful hospice sales experience within the local market.
          <\/li>
        • Established relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare referral sources.
          <\/li>
        • Proven success growing hospice admissions and developing new business.
          <\/li>
        • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
          <\/li>
        • Strong relationship -building and networking abilities.
          <\/li>
        • Self -motivation with the ability to work independently while managing a sales territory effectively.
          <\/li>
        • Strong organizational, planning, and time -management skills.
          <\/li>
        • Proficiency with CRM or contact management software.
          <\/li>
        • A proactive, customer -focused approach and exceptional follow -through.

          REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

          • Minimum of two years of hospice sales experience within the local market.
            <\/li>
          • Established referral relationships and strong community presence.
            <\/li>
          • Proven, verifiable history of admissions growth and sales success.
            <\/li>
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
            <\/li>
          • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.
            <\/li>
          • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

            COMPENSATION
