POSITION OVERVIEW
<\/h1>

The Hospice Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships that drive patient admissions and market growth throughout the assigned territory.

Working independently while collaborating closely with clinical and operational leadership, this individual will identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and educate referral sources on the value of the organization's hospice services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.

  • Identify, develop, and secure new referral opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain regular contact with existing referral sources to strengthen partnerships and increase admissions.
    <\/li>
  • Educate healthcare professionals on hospice philosophy, eligibility criteria, services, and benefits.
    <\/li>
  • Develop and execute territory business plans designed to achieve admissions growth goals.
    <\/li>
  • Track sales activities, referral development, and pipeline management using CRM software.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure exceptional service and referral satisfaction.
    <\/li>
  • Represent the organization professionally at networking events, community functions, and industry meetings.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referral contacts, and business development efforts.

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

        COMPENSATION
