Job Summary

Develops effective tools, mechanisms, and working relationships to market System programs to the general public, medical professionals, and area medical practices.

Essential Functions

  • All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose:  Inspire health.  Serve with compassion.  Be the difference.

  • Assists in the development, production, and review of materials to market program(s). 

  • Facilitates enrollment appointments and compile program information for program.  Schedules initial enrollment appointment and new evaluations with medial staff and follow patient surgical clearances. 

  • Maintains database and compile data for detailed weekly reports outlining practice progression and patient program status. 

  • Works in conjunction with Prisma Health Physician Liaison to market program(s) to area medical practices through office visits.

  • Participates in annual events

  • Initiates contact with patients and general public to coordinate attendance during information sessions

  • Maintains website in conjunction with Prisma Health standards.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education - Post High School Education up to 18 months. Business related field of study.

  • Experience - One (1) year marketing and/or sales experience preferred
