Opportunity Overview
Penn Medicine at Home is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Hospice Medical Director to lead our respected hospice programs. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic physician leader to help craft the future of hospice care within the broader Penn Medicine network.
The Hospice Medical Director has overall responsibility for medical direction of the Hospice patients’ care, and will partner closely with hospital and health system leadership to align departmental goals with Penn Medicine’s mission and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical experience, strategic insight, and a passion for fostering collaboration and clinical excellence.
