Location: Toledo, OH We’re the place for On-Call RNs who are ready to roll. As a Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse at Ohioans Home Health, you will provide exceptional home nursing care after hours, evenings and weekends, as needed within the Toledo area. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who prefers working nights and is passionate about providing end of life care. We will rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on comfort care processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs. On-call staff work remotely from home unless they are needed to respond to a patient visit or other situation requiring an in-person presence. When called to a patient's home, the on-call registered nurse is expected to travel to the patient's home and provide the necessary support and care.
