About the Role:
Next Generation Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Palliative Care Caregiver to join our team in Anaheim, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) for hospice and palliative care patients
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, comfort levels, and vital signs to the care team
• Administer comfort-focused care in alignment with individualized hospice care plans
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families throughout the end-of-life journey
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as directed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice care teams including nurses, social workers, and chaplains
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospice, palliative care, or a related caregiving role preferred
• Current CNA, HHA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong understanding of end-of-life care, comfort care, and patient dignity principles
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally resilient demeanor
• Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills with family.
