Navian Hawaii is seeking a physician for a flexible, contract-based hospice and palliative role. You will guide patients and their family on their journey, delivering comfort and support with a caring heart, replacing fear with hope, helping them find the beauty and joy in every moment, and providing each person with the kindness and dignity they deserve.

What you'll do

  • Serve as complementary physician for hospice patients (home, facility, inpatient)
  • Complete CTIs, face-to-face encounters, and related documentation
  • Participate in IDG case discussions for your patients
  • Participate in on-call coverage blocks

What we're looking for

  • Active Hawaii medical license, DEA/NED registration
  • Hospice/palliative experience preferred
    • HPM board certification a plus
  • Comfortable with independent clinical decision-making and minimal day-to-day oversight

Structure

  • Per-visit/per-diem compensation, 1099 contractor
  • No exclusivity requirement
