What You’ll Need• Active Texas CNA certification (in good standing)• At least 1 year of hospice or home health experience preferred• Ability to travel throughout Houston and surrounding areas• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days• Strong patient care skills and attention to detail• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
