Hospice PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Flexible Schedule
Location: Livingston, Cleveland, Conroe, and Surrounding Areas

At Concho Hearts Hospice, our PRN nurses are an important part of our team. Whether you're supplementing income, balancing another position, or simply looking for flexibility, we value the experience and compassion you bring.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or facilities in the Fort Worth area.
- Complete PRN visits, admissions, or support visits as needed.
- Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
- Document visits and care using a company-provided tablet.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
Hospice experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right nurse who has a heart for hospice care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Texas RN license.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Compassion for patients and families during end-of-life care.
