PRN RN - Hospice Nurse (Arlington, Mansfield, and Surrounding Areas).

What You’ll Do:
Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients and families.
Complete routine visits, recerts, and IDT notes, with opportunities to assist with admissions and on-call shifts when available.
Collaborate with the hospice team and actively participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings every other week.
Maintain accurate, same-day charting with a provided tablet.
Travel within Arlington, Mansfield, and Surrounding Areas.
What We’re Looking For:
Current RN license in Texas.
Hospice or home health experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and comfort with travel across the service area.
Most importantly: a passion for providing meaningful care at the end of life.
