Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree
- At least 2 years of involvement within the Hospice domain
- At least 1 year of familiarity with TruChart EHR or an equivalent Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Pennsylvania (PA)
Preferred Qualifications:

Position Overview:
We have an opportunity for a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to become part of our exceptional care team. It requires supporting patients stationed in Milford, PA, and adjacent areas, while persistently achieving vital charting deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess an active RN license in the state of work, having gathered two years of hospice-related practical experience, and be capable of independently managing time and work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient management and successful execution of patient care plans - Offering required support to patients in Milford, PA, and neighboring territories
- Meeting the crucial charting deadlines unfalteringly - Independent time and work schedule management
Schedule and Shift Details:
This is a full-time position, with hours from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm. The on-call rotation is currently one weekend every 5-7 weeks, depending on staffing. On-call responsibilities involves coverage from 5pm-8am on Friday and from 8pm-8am on Saturday and Sunday.
Travel:
- Infrequent local travel will be required
