Registered Nurse (RN) - HospiceFull-Time & PRN available Make a real impact--one patient at a time. We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a more personal, patient-focused setting. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own patients, build meaningful relationships, and deliver high-quality care in the home--whether supporting recovery or providing comfort-focused hospice care. What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients' homes Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Why This Role Stands Out More one-on-one patient time vs. hospital setting Autonomy in managing your schedule and patient care Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families Be part of care that truly matters--from recovery to end-of-life support Supportive team environment with strong clinical leadership What You Bring Active RN license (state of practice) 1+ year of clinical experience (home health, hospice, med/surg, or critical care preferred) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient-first mindset Reliable and self-motivated Flexible and team-oriented
