Unlike many hospice programs where nurses carry large caseloads and spend much of their day rushing between visits, our nurses are given the capacity to be fully present with patients and families while providing exceptional end-of-life care. Schedule: Flexible four-day schedule with 10-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) with rotating evening and weekend on-call responsibilities.
