We are hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Monroeville, PA area.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Respond to patient needs by performing urgent assessments, managing symptoms and pain, and providing compassionate end-of-life support in real time
- Support and guide patients and families during weekends, and crisis situations, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and cared for throughout the hospice journey
- Apply strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to coordinate care needs, respond to changing patient conditions, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation
- Work independently, but never alone
- Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

Weekend RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
- Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
