Hospice Sales and Marketing Liaison

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Community Education Liaison to build and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners throughout the Greater Los Angeles and South Bay areas.

This is an outside sales position focused on educating healthcare professionals about hospice and palliative care services, generating referrals, and expanding community partnerships. The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about improving patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales, hospice, home health, or medical marketing experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a designated territory
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM/documentation systems
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
