The ideal candidate will have passion and high energy, coupled with at least 2 years of local connections and sales, plus marketing experience within the hospice local market, with a proven successful track record in admissions growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach. Must be a strong relationship builder with the ability to work independently.<\/b><\/span>

Duties<\/b>

Requirements

- Must be local with established referral sources, coupled with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities through connecting with diverse referral sources.<\/b>

<\/li> - Proven experience and verifiable performance in home health sales.<\/b>
<\/li> - Proficiency in contact management CRM software is highly desirable.<\/b>
<\/li> - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/b>
<\/li> - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast -paced environment.<\/b>
