The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Placement of Certified Home Health Aides with patients in facilities and homes.
2. Scheduling HHA's to make sure each patient has a scheduled visit.
3. Respond to service requests and inquiries.
4. Update daily staffing schedule.
5. Communicate with managers throughout the territory.
6. Make sure all new employees are have completed onboarding process.
7. Make sure there are replacements for all callouts.
8. Make assessments and decisions on prioritizing staff for assignments
9. Communicate issues or client process changes to management staff.
11. Ability to work independantly and within a team setting
