What You’ll Do
  • Provide compassionate hospice and palliative care to diverse patient populations
  • Respond to on-call needs during scheduled shifts, including assessing patient conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
  • Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
  • Support families and caregivers with guidance and comfort
  • Comply with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
What You Need
Required:
  • Active Texas nursing license (RN)
  • Minimum 1 year hospice or palliative care experience
  • Strong communication and assessment skills
  • Ability to work flexible on-call hours

Preferred:
  • Experience with electronic health records (EMR systems)
  • Comfort working independently in a variable schedule
