- Must be available to work any shift between 6:15am-7:30/8:00pm, Monday-Friday.
- Must be flexible to cover Hospital and MRI admissions.
- Must work one weekend per month and overtime (Saturdays 7:15am-4:00pm & Sundays 9:30am-4:00pm).
Pay: $20 per hour.
Our Admissions Reps use whiteboard/dashboard/ER Express and or phone for notification of patient arrival/status. Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing duties
- Greeting and registering patients
- Pre-registration
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance Verifications
- Collecting and posting copays and deductibles
- Tracking visits and authorizations
- Preparing admissions paperwork
- Admitting patients

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical Field: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excellent Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
