How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Guide financial strategy for the leadership team by providing expert insights on expense management, productivity, budgeting, and capital planning to drive sustainable growth.

  • Direct market reporting and statistical analysis to uncover key industry trends, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making.

  • Optimize resource allocation across departmental services, ensuring financial assets are strategically deployed to support both team and patient-centric goals.

  • Partner with Corporate Finance to seamlessly coordinate major healthcare system initiatives and large-scale strategic projects.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate''s degree/Bachelor''s degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

What additional preferences we''re seeking

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within a hospital or healthcare system environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of directing capital planning and productivity management to optimize large-scale operational budgets.
