Director of Laboratory – Full Time

We are seeking a Laboratory Director to oversee all aspects of hospital laboratory operations.

Schedule:
Full-time leadership position

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all laboratory departments and operations
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CAP, CLIA, etc.)
• Implement quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Prior laboratory leadership experience required
• Strong regulatory and operational management background

Compensation:
Up to $124,173 annually
