We are seeking a Laboratory Director to lead hospital laboratory operations.

Schedule:
Full-time leadership role

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical laboratory operations and staffing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Manage budgets and operational performance
• Support quality assurance initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in laboratory science or related field
• Prior leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of hospital laboratory operations
