Hospital Manager

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our well-established, four-doctor small animal practice in beautiful Barkhamsted, Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities 

• • Lead day-to-day hospital operations 
  • Support, coach, and develop team members 
  • Partner with DVMs to drive medical and financial performance 
  • Optimize scheduling and workflow as hours expand 
  • Foster a positive, accountable, growth-oriented culture 
  • Monitor KPIs, budgeting, and operational efficiency 

Qualifications 

• • Veterinary hospital management experience (required) 
  • Veterinary technician experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills 
  • Experience managing budgets, staffing, and performance metrics 
  • Ability to balance culture, accountability, and growth 
  • Passion for client service and high-quality patient care
