Veterinary Hospital Manager

Lewis Veterinary Clinic has been proudly caring for pets since 1995, growing from a small practice into a trusted, community-focused hospital. We provide compassionate care for dogs, cats, and small pets in a warm, family-like environment. Our Chief of Staff, Dr. Rachel Teribury, has led our medical team since 2015.

We're looking for an experienced Hospital Manager to help support our continued growth and keep our team and clients thriving.

About the Role

As our Hospital Manager, you'll be a key leader overseeing daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every client and patient. You'll partner closely with regional leadership and our veterinary team to maintain a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff

• Optimize workflows and maintain a high standard of patient care and client service

• Oversee budgeting, inventory, and hospital performance metrics

• Foster a welcoming, compassionate client experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in veterinary or healthcare practice management

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Comfort with financial management, budgeting, and inventory control

• A passion for animals and creating a healthy, supportive workplace
