What We're Looking For:- Veterinary clinic experience is preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience.- Technician candidates are highly preferred, especially those who love coaching and mentoring.- A passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving practice growth.- A willingness to work "on the floor" as needed (technician or receptionist duties, depending on experience).

Your Role & Responsibilities:- Oversee the hospital's day-to-day operations, including financial management, budgeting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Lead and support the technician and receptionist teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.- Ensure excellent client service and patient care, upholding our practice's reputation in the community.- Work alongside our team when needed to provide hands-on support in a clinical role.
