#### Local Team Collaboration We take pride in our well-established team of 14 clinicians (nine physicians and five APPs) at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center. Collaboration is the cornerstone of our practice. We value your voice and encourage active participation within our team and with other hospital departments.

#### Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.

#### Scheduling We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations. Currently hiring clinicians for day rounding with an equal rotation through nights.

#### Key Responsibilities

• We have a semi-open ICU with on-site intensivists during the day and Sound tele-ICU support at night.
• We serve an underserved population and we actively collaborate within our hospital and with other local healthcare facilities to better serve our community.
