The position features a balanced 7-day-on/7-day-off rotation, allowing for significant work-life balance. The role is predominantly daytime with no overnight demands. Your daily responsibilities will involve looking after a manageable patient load of 12-15 individuals, providing comprehensive inpatient care, performing daily rounds, and collaboratively developing and implementing treatment plans.
