In this Role: As a Hospitalist Advance Practice Provider, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an inpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team
- Perform comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in hospitalized patients
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imagine studies, and diagnostic evaluations
- Conduct daily rounds and provide ongoing management of assigned patients
- Perform admission evaluations, profess assessments, and discharge summaries
