- Physicians: BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

- Miami Valley Hospital - Level 1 Trauma Center (Dayton)
- Miami Valley Hospital North (Englewood)
- Miami Valley Hospital South (Centerville)
- Atrium Medical Center - Level 3 Trauma Center (Middletown)
- Upper Valley Medical Center - Level 3 Trauma Center (Troy)
