Position Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an approved ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.
Required Certification: Licensure: Board Eligible Board Certified in Internal Medicine Current unrestricted MDDO license by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association Must obtain and maintain staff membership and appropriate privileges Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs Must meet all qualifications to participate in hospitals programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Total Rewards
Compensation: Annual base salary of $378,000 Minimum work requirement: 168 twelve-hour shifts per year Eligible for additional pay for extra shifts as well as a premium for night shifts Year two: Eligible for quality incentive plan up to $10,000 annually Up to $25,000 signing bonus Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance Up to $5,000 CME Allowance
