**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a hospitalist or inpatient setting.
- **Technical Skills:** Experience with Epower Doc EMR is an advantage.
- **Education:** Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- **Licensing:** Current Florida license or eligibility to obtain one.
- **Certifications:**
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS are mandatory.
- ATLS is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Character:** Must be patient-centric, team-oriented, and meticulous.
