What You Will Do:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

 

  • Join an established team of 52 physicians and 4 APPs
  • Schedule & Call: Experience predictable work-life balance with a dedicated Day Shift 7 on / 7 off schedule
  • Practice setting: inpatient
  • Access to seamless continuity: Maintain exceptional safety and quality standards through diligent documentation of healthcare delivery in the Sunrise Clinical Manager EMR system
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
  • Outcome-Focused Care: Drive clinical excellence by obtaining comprehensive patient histories, performing diagnostic assessments, and managing treatment plans for complex adult conditions.
  • Patient Empowerment: Enhance patient outcomes and transitions of care by counseling and educating patients and their families/caregivers on preventative health, treatment pathways, and community resources.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Master's degree of Nursing required.
