We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitoner to provide inpatient Hospital Medicine coverage at Winchester Medical Center, a 495-bed regional referral facility and Level II Trauma Center in Winchester, Virginia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Hospital Medicine PA with strong inpatient experience who is comfortable working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team and managing a high-volume hospital environment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Required
- NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant
- Active Virginia NP/PA license
- Active DEA
- Minimum 2 years of Hospital Medicine experience
- Current BLS
- Current ACLS
Preferred
- Strong inpatient Hospital Medicine experience
- Experience working in a high-volume hospital setting
- Epic EMR familiarity
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, APPs, nursing, and other members of the care team
