Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $253.50 (regular rate)
Overtime: 1.3x hourly rate
Holiday Rate: 1.3x hourly rate on designated holidays

What You’ll Do
Oversee all labor and delivery processes on the unit
Lead in delivering approximately 3-4 deliveries daily, including high-risk cases
Perform GYN surgeries and procedures from ED consults
Manage cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries
Provide postpartum care and family planning counseling
Collaborate with a team of FP residents, OB GYN residents, medical students, CNMs, and other specialists
Support regional transfer center functions and trauma response
What You Need Required:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active WI medical license or IMLC-accepted license
BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
DEA license
Preferred:
1-3 years of obstetrics experience, especially in high-risk pregnancies
Strong surgical skills with experience in C-sections, ultrasounds, and gynecological procedures
