Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $253.50 (regular rate)
• Overtime: 1.3x hourly rate
• Holiday Rate: 1.3x hourly rate on designated holidays

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all labor and delivery processes on the unit
• Lead in delivering approximately 3-4 deliveries daily, including high-risk cases
• Perform GYN surgeries and procedures from ED consults
• Manage cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries
• Provide postpartum care and family planning counseling
• Collaborate with a team of FP residents, OB GYN residents, medical students, CNMs, and other specialists
• Support regional transfer center functions and trauma response

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active WI medical license or IMLC-accepted license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• DEA license

Preferred:

• 1-3 years of obstetrics experience, especially in high-risk pregnancies
• Strong surgical skills with experience in C-sections, ultrasounds, and gynecological procedures
