Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, New York, just two hours north of New York City, is seeking a full-time hospitalist to join its busy and growing program. The ideal candidate will be BCBE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus quality incentives, comprehensive benefits, and generous allowances for CME dues and relocation. We have a balanced work schedule with the option to cover 7 on 7 off.

Northern Dutchess Hospital (NDH) is a 84-bed acute care not-for-profit community hospital. NDH has an excellent medical staff, exceptional anesthesia, and 247 hospitalist coverage. The hospital has recently renovated operating rooms, a brand new top-rated emergency department, and fully modernized patient care areas. Northern Dutchess is part of Nuvance Health, a seven-hospital system and multi-specialty practice including Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Rhinebeck is part of one of the largest historic districts in the United States, located along the scenic Hudson River. Rhinebeck offers New York City culture in a friendly small town setting. The town offers a plethora of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, as well as larger events at the Dutchess Country Fairgrounds. Outdoor enthusiasts will find great skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, and boating nearby. We are seeking a hospitalist who desires to escape the hustle and bustle of big city living while retaining access to top-rated restaurants, performing arts centers, museums, excellent housing, and school systems, and prestigious colleges and universities. New York City is easily accessible via Amtrak.
NDH is also now part of Nuvance Health.
