What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient pediatric care, with a focus on newborns
• Manage patient assessments, care planning, and treatment
• Collaborate with clinic staff and local providers
• Perform CLIA-waived testing in-office
• Participate in a rotating call schedule, primarily for newborns
• Document all work hours, including overtime and callbacks
• Use a dedicated support team including office staff, medical assistants, and in-office pediatricians

What You Need

• Valid Pediatric Board Certification (Highly Preferred)
• Arizona medical license or eligibility
• Prior pediatric hospital or clinic experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
