What Youll Do:- Provide general medical care to acutely ill adult patients in a hospital setting
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions
- Examine patients upon admission and coordinate their care
- Communicate seamlessly with primary care providers and specialists
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work
- Respond to patient questions regarding treatments and care plans
- Document using EPIC electronic health record system
What You Need:- NY State Medical License or willing to obtain
- Certification in BLS, ACLS from AHA
- Minimum of 2 years recent hospitalist experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Board certification in hospital medicine or internal medicine preferred
