What You’ll Do

• Provide acute inpatient care to hospitalized patients across various medical conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatments as needed.
• Document patient interactions and care plans accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education activities.

What You Need

• Valid medical license to practice in Illinois
• Prior experience as a hospitalist or similar inpatient role
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and patients

• Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures
