Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
Licensure: Arizona Medical License
Board Certification: must be board eligible or board certified
Experience: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
Skills & Procedures: ACLS, endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter insertion, arterial line placement, paracentesis
