• Shift: Night (7x12-Hour, 20:00 - 08:00)
• Hours/Week: 42 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract, ongoing monthly night coverage
• License/Certs: Missouri Medical License, ABIM or ABFM Board Certification, ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Inpatient hospital medicine, night shift experience preferred

• Hourly Rate: $197.73/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during night shifts for adult patients (18+)
• Supervise and coordinate care with residents and advanced practice providers
• Manage an average of 10 admissions per night through the Epic EMR system
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care in a busy hospital setting
• Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists as needed
• Maintain compliance with all hospital and licensing requirements

What You Need:

• Missouri State Medical License or willingness to obtain
• Board Certification in ABIM or ABFM
• ACLS and BLS Certifications
• Prior hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
