Job: Overnight Hospitality Agent
Location: Catskill, NY
Pay: $18/hour- $21/hour BOE
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary for 12 weeks with potential to become permanent.
Schedules: Wednesday- Sunday 11:00pm- 7:00am

Position Summary:
The Overnight Hospitality Agent is responsible for the overnight operations of the Hospitality. The Overnight Hospitality Agent will work in conjunction with Night Manager and Operations Supervisor to ensure that guests receive the highest level of Hospitality while at the resort.

Essential Responsibilities:
Check-in and Check-out all Hotel guests.
Act as an ambassador of hotel to ensure all guest receive unparalleled hospitality.
Maintain effective communication with all departments.
Maintains cleanliness of main house, spa and garage areas.
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the property, amenities and establishment as a brand.
Complete Incident Reports immediately following any incident on property.
Required to answer phone calls and respond to guest emails.
Conduct routine inspections of Main House & Spa, addressing any potential safety hazards and cleanliness issues.
Be accessible to guests; listen to their concerns and ideas, interpret their needs, convey understanding and resolve concerns and pass along information to the Management team.
Be accommodating of a schedule that may consist of morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and/or holiday shifts.
Perform any and all duties as required as hotel develops and changes with the times.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Hotels/Resorts, boutique property desired.
Strong verbal and written skills, English and Spanish is a plus.
Be self-motivated and have the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Dress appropriately for the position and maintain proper personal hygiene.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Computer skills; including Google Docs and Sheets.
Be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Be able to spend long periods of time on feet.

Preferred Qualifications:
Valid Drivers Lisence.
Computer skills; including Google Docs and Sheets.
