Interested in becoming an STNA? We love promoting from within! Eligible Hospitality Aides may have the opportunity to attend STNA classes after 30-60 days of employment, giving you a pathway to advance your healthcare career while continuing to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

We're looking for a compassionate and energetic Full-Time Hospitality Aide who enjoys helping others and creating positive experiences for our residents. If you have a heart for service and want to make a difference every day, we'd love to welcome you to our team!

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors
• Help residents with non-clinical needs and daily activities
• Deliver snacks, beverages, and comfort items
• Assist with resident activities and social engagement
• Provide companionship and help create a welcoming atmosphere
• Support the nursing team with non-direct care tasks

• Friendly, positive, and compassionate attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Desire to work with and serve older adults
• Ability to create meaningful connections with residents

Hourly Rate: $11/ hour -- $18.00/hour when you become an STNA
