As a Hospitality Associate at Opensity Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service in our establishment. Collaborating with a diverse team, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our hospitality department, ensuring guest needs are met with efficiency and care. This role reports to the Client Relations Manager.
Essential Job Functions
Café Support - 60%
Assist with setup of weekly lunches
Monitor, clean and refresh buffets
Wash, dry and store dishes, glasses and utensils
Maintain back-of-house cleanliness to meet safety and hygiene standards
Assist with keeping the café clean and tidy
Conference Services Support - 30%
Assist with conference room setups, including arranging furniture
Assist with clearing and resetting conference rooms post-meeting
Wash, dry and store dishes, glasses and utensils
Maintain back-of-house cleanliness to meet safety and hygiene standards
Customer Service - 5%
Maintain a customer service-oriented mindset, emphasizing the importance of service excellence
Ensure that all interactions with clients and guests are conducted professionally and courteously
Training - 5%
Continued professional training on Opensity platforms
A successful Hospitality Ambassador takes direction, works well with a team, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized cafe and workspace.
