Hospitality & Conference Services Coordinator

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00/hr (paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Atlanta, GA 30363
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Parking: Provided by the client.


Overview

This position provides hospitality and conference services support within a professional law firm environment. The role is responsible for setting up and breaking down meetings and events, maintaining conference rooms and breakrooms, managing inventory, and ensuring meeting spaces are fully prepared for clients and staff. This is a customer-facing position that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office.


Responsibilities

  • Set up, arrange, and break down conference rooms for meetings and events.
  • Prepare meeting spaces, including furniture arrangements and room readiness.
  • Service and restock breakrooms, kitchens, and beverage stations throughout the day.
  • Monitor conference room supplies and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Perform daily inspections of meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate and follow up on conference room and event space reservations.
  • Operate basic audio/visual equipment to support meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain inventory of hospitality and meeting supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, staff, and visitors.
  • Assist with additional hospitality and office support duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of hospitality, conference services, facilities, office services, or related experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to operate basic audio/visual equipment.


Preferred

  • Corporate hospitality experience.
  • Experience supporting a law firm or corporate headquarters environment.


Physical Requirements

  • Frequent walking throughout the workday.
  • Regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of tables, chairs, and meeting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform multiple conference room setups and breakdowns each day.
