Job Description

Lead Landmark Hotel And Hospitality Projects

Manage the planning, execution, and completion of hospitality construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to established plans. Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards. Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure the quality of work meets the required standards and specifications. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

A successful Hospitality Project Manager should have: 5+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor. Experience managing hospitality, multifamily, high-rise, or large commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
