Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Team and Operator to build and maintain our Hospitality Promise
- Lead and coach Front of Home (FOH) Shift Supervisors and team members
- Partner with Training Director to implement training and new product rollouts
- Set and visually share team goals, celebrating wins regularly
- Monitor FOH labor, staffing, and daily hospitality quality standards
- Oversee hospitality equipment, facilities, and cash flow management
- Lead hospitality project teams and hold regular 1-on-1 meetings with supervisors
- Respond to customer feedback and maintain excellent communication within the team
- Own cash management system
