Come be part of this award‑winning team!OVERVIEWThe Account Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences by flawlessly executing destination programs as sold by the Account Executive. This position requires hands‑on coordination with clients, hotel partners, vendors, and on‑site staff to ensure every detail exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment where responsiveness and adaptability are key. Travel may be required based on client needs and program scope.KEY SKILLSStrong organization and time managementStrong communicationExcel and Word proficiencyOne‑on‑one personal interactionOutgoing and positive attitudeRESPONSIBILITIESAssist the Account Executive and Program Design Associate prior to a program being sold: attending site visits; attending client meetings or conference calls; pre‑booking transportation; pre‑booking field staff.Once a program has been sold and turned over by the Account Executive, responsibilities include:Communicate with the client to confirm needs per contract.Communicate with hotel contacts and vendors; confirm vendor contracts.Conduct site visits with or without clients and vendors; breakout arrival and departure manifests.Book transportation.Order field staff, merchandise, and supplies.Generate program recap and distribute to clients, hotels, and internal contacts.Generate staff instructions and paperwork.Assist clients with additional items for their program.Generate service agreement addendums.On‑site operations: pre‑meeting with clients/hotel; manage themed events, transportation moves, tours, teambuilding, off‑property events, etc.Update manifests, transportation needs, and field staff requests.Conclusion of program: update XE costing sheets; reconcile vendor invoices; create preliminary invoice.Organize file for billing review; final invoice with billing review; P&L; follow up with client on final invoice and evaluation.Additional general responsibilities: lead by example; perform supervisory duties; exercise discretion and independent judgement; other duties as assigned.Special requirement: must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.QUALIFICATIONSMust meet the essential functions listed above and be able to perform them with or without reasonable accommodation.
