Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
Drive guest satisfaction scores and resolve escalated customer service issues promptly
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage hotel staff to ensure peak performance
Monitor and manage property budget, revenue targets, and cost controls
Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Analyze occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR to maximize hotel profitability
Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to drive bookings
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
2+ years of hotel management or hospitality general manager experience required
Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and performance management
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, PMS systems, and revenue management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Familiarity with brand standards and franchise compliance is a plus
