Member Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction

Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact, and Speak Enthusiastically.

Make Emotional Connections with Guests.

Greet Guests Upon Arrival and Make Them Feel Welcome.

Communicate Effectively with Guests and Team Members.

Resolve Guest Complaints Professionally and Efficiently.

Seek Opportunities to Provide 2nd Mile Service.

• Dining Area Maintenance

Maintain a Clean and Organized Dining Area via Sweeping, Mopping, and Wiping Down Tables.

Refresh Beverages, Clear Tables, and Serve Food.

• Additional Duties
